1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and cuanwin77.cam (hereinafter referred to as "cuanwin77", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services accessible at https://cuanwin77.cam.

• Single Account: You must not hold, and must not have previously held, another active or suspended Player Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate suspension.
• Not a Prohibited Jurisdiction Resident: You must not be a resident or national of any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by law.
• Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any of the above, of cuanwin77 or any of its affiliated entities, service providers, or software suppliers.
• Personal Use Only: You must be registering and operating the account for your own personal entertainment. Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or acting on behalf of another person is prohibited.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register a Player Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate at all times. cuanwin77 reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time during your account lifecycle.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, or upon reasonable request by cuanwin77's compliance team, you will be required to complete identity verification by providing the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo identification: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or equivalent document valid in your jurisdiction.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three (3) months, displaying your registered address.
• Payment method verification: Depending on your deposit method (e.g., DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or Cryptocurrency wallet), cuanwin77 may request supporting documentation to verify ownership of the payment instrument used.
• Source of funds declaration: In cases involving high-value transactions, cuanwin77 reserves the right to request a declaration or supporting evidence regarding the source of funds deposited.

Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) calendar days of a formal request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed. cuanwin77 is not liable for any delays or losses arising from a Player's failure to provide timely verification documentation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

cuanwin77 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, as well as cryptocurrency payments via USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount for local payment methods (DuitNow, FPX, eWallet) is RM30.
• The minimum cryptocurrency deposit is equivalent to approximately USD 10 (or USDT 10).
• All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, less any applicable transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Player Account upon confirmation by the respective payment processor. cuanwin77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for fiat payment methods and USDT 20 for cryptocurrency withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account/wallet used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by the cuanwin77 compliance team.
• Verified accounts processing withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX can expect funds to arrive within 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes subject to network congestion.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification as set out in Clause 4.
• cuanwin77 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending the outcome of a security or fraud review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cuanwin77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the general bonus terms set out in this Clause. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of between 20x and 35x the bonus amount. Bets placed using bonus funds count toward the wagering requirement only in eligible game categories as specified in the promotion terms. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain high-RTP slots may be excluded or count at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%).
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion, typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One Active Bonus: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active is not permitted without first forfeiting the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: cuanwin77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if, in its reasonable judgment, it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk combination bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or employing systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures.
• VIP Programme: Players participating in the cuanwin77 VIP loyalty programme earn points on every real-money bet placed. Points can be exchanged for bonus credits in accordance with the current VIP tier rate schedule. VIP tier benefits, rates, and terms are subject to change at cuanwin77's discretion with reasonable prior notice.
• Migration Bonus: The platform migration bonus (up to MYR 588) is available to new players who transfer from another gambling platform. Eligibility, verification requirements, and applicable wagering terms are specified in the Migration Programme Terms available on request from the Support team.

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the cuanwin77 Platform. Game-specific rules are available within each game and in the relevant game section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by cuanwin77. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or prices.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error affecting the outcome of a game or bet, cuanwin77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account. cuanwin77 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures.
• Disconnection Policy: If a Player's connection to the Platform is interrupted during an active game session, the outcome will be determined according to the individual game provider's disconnection rules. In-progress casino games are typically resolved using the game server's last recorded state.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or official data provider. Cuanwin77 uses official results for EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and all other sporting markets. Settlement may be delayed pending the resolution of protests or appeals by the relevant sporting authority.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cuanwin77 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Player Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any connected game to gain unintended credits, free spins, or advantages.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminal activities.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal or unlawful sources or activities.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other personal information provided to cuanwin77.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise unacceptable conduct toward cuanwin77 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, text, images, and software on the cuanwin77 Platform (collectively, "Intellectual Property") are the exclusive property of cuanwin77 or its licensed content partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights, title, or interest in any Intellectual Property are transferred to the Player by virtue of this licence. Players must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of cuanwin77.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cuanwin77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Interruption of service, technical failures, or system downtime.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game rules, odds, or payout information.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Player Account by third parties.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.

cuanwin77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by cuanwin77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, cuanwin77 collects personal data necessary for account operation, KYC compliance, payment processing, and customer support. 12 Responsible Gambling

• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily self-exclude from the Platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, Players are prohibited from opening new accounts or accessing the Platform in any capacity.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications during active gaming sessions summarising their session duration, total wagered, and net result.

13 Amendments to Terms

cuanwin77 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with no less than seven (7) calendar days' advance notice except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14 Termination & Account Suspension

By cuanwin77: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account and withhold associated funds pending investigation in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, provision of false registration information, or receipt of a law enforcement request.

In cases of confirmed material breach of these Terms, cuanwin77 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining account balance, including winnings generated prior to or during the period of the breach.

By the Player: Players may close their accounts at any time by submitting a closure request to our customer support team via email ([email protected]) or live chat. Any verified, non-bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within seven (7) business days of account closure, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cuanwin77 holds its operating licence. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the process set out below.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the first instance, Players with a complaint or dispute are encouraged to contact cuanwin77's customer support team by email at [email protected], providing full details of the matter. cuanwin77 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 calendar days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution service in accordance with the Platform's licensing conditions.

Note for Malaysian Players: Players based in Malaysia acknowledge that local courts may have concurrent jurisdiction over certain disputes. cuanwin77 does not waive any jurisdictional arguments it may have under applicable law.
